StruktLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

Modify or copy the platform materials
Use the materials for commercial purposes outside your subscription
Attempt to reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or entity

3. User Accounts

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StruktLab are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

StruktLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
